Getting started

ti-ny.link brings Dynamic links, Bio pages, QR codes and Analytics together. Create a short address for a destination, publish a page of useful links or connect printed material to an editable destination.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Create a free account with 1 bio page, 25 short links, 5 QR codes and 1 month of statistics history. Your account’s Plan screen shows your usage and remaining capacity.

Yes. ti-ny.link is a progressive web app. Supported browsers let you add it to your Home Screen, Dock or desktop and open it from an app icon. Use your existing account and an internet connection for signing in, saving changes and current statistics. Follow the app installation guide for your device.

Who can use it?

Creators can bring a release together on a bio page. Agencies can organise campaign links. Businesses and event teams can connect printed material to current information. See the use-case guides for practical workflows.

Bio pages

What can I add to a bio page?

Start with a heading and a link block. All plans include the block types, including media, social links and forms; block quantities vary by plan. Some blocks require an account or content from an external provider. Read the bio-page blocks guide to choose what belongs on your page.

Can I have more than one bio page?

Core includes 5 bio pages, Plus includes 10 and Pro includes 20. Each page can focus on a different project or audience. See the multiple bio pages guide and current plan allowances.

When do changes appear?

Save heading and link-block edits with the block’s Update button. Save page-wide settings separately, then open the public page and check every button before sharing it.

Can I use my own domain?

Plus includes one custom domain and Pro includes three. Free and Core include none. Follow the domain setup guide and check the final public address.

Yes. Destination edits are unlimited, including on Free. Edit Destination URL and choose Update while keeping the alias unchanged. For changing campaigns, select 302 Temporary redirect before first sharing. Browsers can retain an earlier 301 permanent redirect; see the redirect-status guide.

Can I add UTM parameters or targeting?

Open UTM Parameters in the link settings to enter Source, Medium and Campaign, then choose Update. Other campaign controls depend on the options enabled for your account and plan. Check the final redirected URL and test any rules you configure. See the Dynamic links guide.

No. App opening depends on the supported destination URL, device, browser and installed app. Test the app-opening path and the fallback on the devices your audience uses. The app-aware links guide explains the workflow.

Core, Plus and Pro include API access and bulk creation; Free does not. The plan table shows the separate bulk limits. Your active-link capacity and bulk creation limit are separate allowances.

QR codes

Can every QR code be edited after printing?

A dynamic QR code can point to a short link whose destination you update. Keep that short-link alias unchanged after printing. A static QR code directly encodes its payload, so that payload cannot be changed later.

Which QR download formats are available?

The QR download menu offers SVG, PNG, JPG and WEBP. Choose the format your designer or printer needs, then scan-test the exported file at the final print size. See the QR code guide.

Will scans show how many people purchased or registered?

QR-linked activity helps you understand visits through the link. Completed purchases, registrations or bookings need measurement in the destination service. Use a separate dynamic link for each printed placement when you want to compare their traffic.

Analytics

Review visits and the available referrer, device, browser, language and location information. Apps, browsers and privacy settings can limit the context reported. Missing referrers are normal, and location information is not an exact identification of a visitor.

Why is activity missing from a chart?

Check the individual link's statistics and the selected date range, then allow time for new visits to appear. Your own test visits can also affect the numbers. Read the Analytics guide for interpretation and troubleshooting.

How long are statistics available?

Statistics history is available for 1 month on Free, 2 months on Core, 6 months on Plus and 1 year on Pro. These periods describe the statistics history available in your reports. Check the current account allowance before choosing a plan or relying on historical reporting. The Privacy Policy separately explains account-data retention and deletion.

Account, teams and billing

Can I invite teammates?

Use the team features available on your plan and review the permissions shown in the account. Verify an invited colleague can access the intended resources before starting shared work. See team management.

Do plan allowances reset every month?

No. Resource allowances count total active items. Deleting an item restores its capacity, and updating an existing link’s destination does not create another item. Use the plan and usage guide to count your setup.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

Cancelling a paid subscription moves your account to Free limits. Before cancelling or downgrading, reduce your active resources to the new allowances. Items within the limits remain active; if you exceed a limit, excess links, bio pages and QR codes are chosen at random and deactivated. Confirm the effective date before changing the plan. Moving to a plan with no custom domains also stops custom-domain links working, even when your link count is within its allowance. Free and Core include no custom domains. Free keeps ti-ny.link branding and does not allow custom branding.

What happens if I delete my account?

All your existing links, bio pages and QR codes stop working. Update shared addresses and printed material before deleting your account. For data deletion details, read the Privacy Policy.

Where can I confirm prices and billing terms?

The pricing guide shows selected monthly USD prices and limits with a review date. The live checkout confirms the final amount, currency, taxes and billing term. Review the confirmation screen for the timing and amount of any plan change.

Are annual discounts, trials or lifetime offers available?

Your account’s plan screen shows available billing options and offers. Each offer has its own pricing, included features and cancellation terms. Read the offer alongside the Terms of Service.
