Event links

Share event information through a ti-ny.link URL. Check dates, location and calendar details, then connect a QR code for printed invitations.

Put event information in one place

Use an event link to share event details through a memorable URL. It can help people find the date, location and information they need for a meetup, webinar, performance or other event.

Use your existing ticketing or registration service when that is where bookings happen. A link visit does not confirm a reservation or ticket purchase.

  1. Gather the event name, description, start and end details, location or online destination, and contact information.
  2. Open Event links → Event link. Choose a Short URL or leave it blank, then select Create Event URL. Complete the event information in the resulting settings and save before sharing.
  3. Save the link and open the public URL on a phone and desktop.
  4. Check the date, time, time zone and location. If the public page offers a calendar action, test it with the calendars your audience uses.
  5. Share the tested link in invitations, messages or a bio page.

Event-link allowances and available fields depend on your account. Review your plan before creating a series of events.

Connect printed invitations

For a poster, table card or badge, connect a dynamic QR code to a stable short link that leads to the event information. Scan the exported code before printing and again at its final size.

If the destination changes, update the short link’s destination and retain its alias. This also works when you want one shared address to lead to an existing registration page, then later to event updates or a recording.

Review activity after sharing

Use distinct links for email, social and printed placements when you want to compare them. Review their statistics over the same period and measure registrations or ticket sales in the service that handles them.
