Link, bio page and QR code use cases
Build creator launches, editable QR menus, client campaigns and multiple bio pages with practical ti-ny.link workflows and setup guides.
Choose a workflow
Start with the destination and the action you want a visitor to take. Use a Bio page to bring several destinations together, a Dynamic link to share a short address, and a QR code to connect printed material to that address.
The workflows below use the same tools in different ways. Check your plan allowances for the number of pages, links, QR codes and collaborators you need.
Launch a release as a creator
Give an album, podcast season, collection or portfolio a focused bio page. Keep the main action near the top, with supporting links underneath.
- Create a bio page with a heading and your main release link.
- Add useful supporting blocks, such as an image or links to listening, booking or shop destinations.
- Create separate short links for your newsletter, social profile and printed poster, all pointing to that page.
- Open each public link, test the bio-page buttons and compare link activity over the same date range.
Use the destination service for completed purchases, bookings or plays. Link activity helps you understand the traffic reaching it.

Keep a printed QR menu or offer current
A café, shop or venue can keep its table cards and posters in use as the linked content changes.
- Create a short link to the menu, offer or event page.
- Connect a dynamic QR code to that short link.
- Download the artwork and scan-test it on a phone at the intended print size.
- When the content moves, edit the short link's destination and scan the printed code again.
Keep the short-link alias unchanged after printing. This workflow updates the destination behind the link; a static QR code that directly encodes a URL or other data cannot have its payload changed.

Organise campaigns for clients or departments
For an agency or marketing team, consistent names make links easier to manage and compare.
- Group work by client or campaign using the available project controls.
- Create a distinct short link for each placement, such as an email, paid post or poster.
- Add consistent UTM parameters where the destination supports them, then check the final redirected URL.
- Review each link's statistics within the same date range.
Before inviting a colleague, review the access options in your account and test their access to the intended assets. Projects organise work; confirm team permissions separately.

Give each project its own bio page
A creator might need separate pages for a podcast, print shop and portfolio. A business might need focused pages for different brands or events.
- Choose an audience and a priority action for each page.
- Create each bio page within your plan's allowance.
- Add the relevant heading, links and available content blocks.
- Share the appropriate page in each profile, campaign or QR code.
The current paid-plan allowances list 5 bio pages on Core, 10 on Plus and 20 on Pro. A custom-domain allowance is separate from the page allowance.

Connect people to a supported app
Use an app-aware link for a supported listening, video, messaging or map destination. It can also be the destination behind a QR code.
- Start with a supported destination URL.
- Configure mobile app opening in the link settings available to your plan.
- Test the link with and without the app installed and from the browsers your audience uses.
- Check that the fallback destination is useful when the app does not open.
