Organise links and campaigns with projects

Create a ti-ny.link project for a brand, client or campaign, organise related work and use consistent link names for easier review.

Projects help you organise work around a brand, campaign or client. A useful name makes the right campaign easier to find later, especially when you manage several sets of links and QR codes.

The account and plan screens list 1 project on Free, 3 on Core, 10 on Plus and 25 on Pro. Check your current plan for the allowance and controls available to your account.

Create a project

1

Open Projects

Sign in to ti-ny.link and open Projects from the account navigation.

2

Create and name the project

Choose Create project. Enter a descriptive Name, choose a Color and save the project.

3

Organise the related work

To assign a short link, open its settings, expand Advanced, choose the Project and select Update. Check that you can find the intended items afterwards.

4

Check collaborator access

If colleagues will use the project, review the team access settings and confirm they can reach the resources they need.

Use consistent names

For an example campaign called “Autumn collection”, you might use:

ItemExample labelPurpose
ProjectAutumn collectionFind the campaign's related work
Newsletter linkAutumn newsletterIdentify traffic from the email placement
Social-profile linkAutumn social bioKeep the profile placement separate
Poster link and QR codeAutumn store posterIdentify the printed placement

These are illustrative names. Create distinct short links when you want each placement to have its own statistics, even if they all lead to the same destination.

Review a campaign

Open each link's statistics and compare the same date range. Allow time for new visits to appear. A project name helps organise work; use the reporting available in your account to inspect the relevant links.

For UTM-based reporting in a destination service, keep campaign values consistent and check the final redirected URL after saving. See the Analytics guide for the difference between link activity and downstream outcomes.
