Manage your ti-ny.link account

Find account settings, review plan allowances, organise projects and manage team access for your ti-ny.link links, bio pages and QR codes.

Create an account and get started

Create a ti-ny.link account and follow the registration and verification steps shown. Check the current offer for any trial terms before starting a trial or choosing a paid plan.

Once signed in, follow the quickstart to create and test your first short link.

Review your account settings

Open the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then Account to review your profile, email, time zone and available security controls. The same menu has Preferences, Plan, Payments, API and Teams. Use a unique password and review the two-factor authentication options shown in your account.

If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. For a page that does not display correctly, try the browser troubleshooting guide.

Check plan usage and billing

  1. Open profile menu → Plan, or your account plan, to review the plan you currently have. The separate Plans page compares plans available to buy.
  2. Check the usage shown for the links, pages, QR codes or other resources you plan to create.
  3. Before changing plans, review the billing term, currency, taxes and any change in capacity or statistics history.
  4. Read the confirmation screen for the amount and effective date before accepting the change.

The pricing guide lists the standard allowances. Resource limits count total active items; deleting an item restores capacity. Destination edits are unlimited and do not create another active link. Custom account limits may differ, so use your account's usage screen when planning a campaign.

Before cancelling, downgrading or deleting your account

Cancelling a paid subscription moves the account to Free limits. Items within those limits stay active. If your active links, bio pages or QR codes exceed the new allowances after cancellation or a downgrade, excess items are selected at random and deactivated. Reduce usage to each new limit beforehand to preserve the resources you need, and confirm the effective date before changing plans.

Custom-domain links stop working if the new plan includes no custom domains, regardless of link counts. Free and Core have no custom-domain allowance. Free also retains ti-ny.link branding.

Deleting the account stops all existing links, bio pages and QR codes working. Review shared addresses and printed materials first. See the plan-change guide for examples and the distinction between cancellation and account deletion.

Data and privacy

Review the export options available in your account before removing content or closing the account. Read any deletion confirmation carefully. For data requests, use the contact details in the Privacy Policy.

Account data is retained while your account is active. When data is deleted, it is removed from the ti-ny.link application database immediately. Some data held by third-party service providers may remain for up to six months, depending on their deletion intervals. Send privacy and deletion questions to privacy@ti-ny.link.

The Privacy Policy explains data handling and rights. The Terms of Service cover use of the service.
