Fix display issues and clear your browser cache

Troubleshoot a ti-ny.link page that looks out of date or fails to load, then clear cached files using the official guide for your browser.

Start with a reload

A browser can keep an older copy of images, scripts or styles. If a ti-ny.link page looks out of date or does not display correctly, reload it and check again.

Save any unfinished changes first. You can also open the page in a private window or another browser to see whether the issue is specific to your current browser session.

Clear cached files if needed

Use your browser's current instructions below. Where the browser offers separate categories, select cached files and leave passwords, history and cookies unselected unless you also intend to remove them.

BrowserOfficial instructions
ChromeDelete browsing data in Chrome
FirefoxClear the Firefox cache
EdgeChoose browsing data to delete in Edge
Safari on MacClear cache and cookies in Safari

Safari's website-data controls can remove cookies as well as cached data. Removing cookies or site data may sign you out or reset local preferences. If you use that option, select the affected site rather than clearing all websites.

After clearing the relevant data, reopen ti-ny.link, sign in if needed and repeat the action that was failing.

Check the destination saved in that link's settings and open the public short link again. Review any targeting, scheduling or app-opening rules you configured. Clearing your browser cache does not change those settings.

See the Dynamic links guide for destination changes or the deep-linking guide for app-opening behaviour.

If statistics look empty

Check the individual link's statistics and the selected date range, then allow time for new visits to appear. Use the Analytics guide to review the data before treating a missing chart as a browser-cache issue.

If the issue continues

Check the frequently asked questions and the guide for the feature you are using. To narrow down the problem, record:

  • The page and action that failed.
  • The browser and device you used.
  • The exact error message, if any.
  • Whether the issue also occurs in a private window or another browser.

Keep passwords, API keys and payment information out of screenshots or diagnostic notes.
