Pro currently lists no preset themes or page templates; its higher page capacity does not include those presets. QR artwork downloads are separate from the plan’s export features.
Prices are USD per month. Resource allowances count total active items. Deleting an item frees its capacity; destination edits are unlimited. A team allowance counts teams, not members. Statistics history describes the reporting window, separately from account-data retention.

Keep shared links working.
Cancelling a paid subscription moves your account to Free limits. Keep usage within those limits to preserve your links, bio pages and QR codes. Deleting your account stops all of them working.
Before cancelling or downgrading, reduce your active items to the new allowances first. If you exceed a new limit, the excess resources are chosen at random and deactivated. You cannot rely on a particular link, page or QR code remaining active.
Custom-domain links stop working if the new plan includes no custom domains, even when your link count is within its allowance. Free includes no custom domains and keeps ti-ny.link branding.

Can I start with the Free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 bio page, 25 short links, 5 QR codes and 1 month of statistics history. Review the current allowances in your account before planning a campaign.
How should I count a dynamic QR campaign?
Count the saved QR designs and short links separately. Five locations with a distinct editable destination each need five short links and five saved QR codes. A shared destination can use one short link, but separate links make location reporting easier. Follow the editable QR guide for the setup.
Are allowances monthly, and does deleting an item free capacity?
Resource allowances count the total items you have active, rather than new creations per month. Deleting an item restores that capacity. For example, a 25-link allowance lets you keep 25 links active; deleting one makes room for one new link. An address you delete will no longer work, so check where it is shared first.
How often can I change a link’s destination?
Destination edits are unlimited, including on Free. Editing where a link points does not create another active link. For campaigns that change, choose a 302 redirect before first sharing; an already cached 301 can continue sending a visitor to an earlier destination.
Where do I see current usage and manage a plan?
In ti-ny.link, open your profile menu and choose Plan to see your current entitlement and usage. The purchase screen shows the available billing options. Review the charge, currency, taxes and billing term at checkout before confirming a purchase.
What happens if I downgrade while over the new limits?
Excess items are deactivated at random. For example, if you have 100 active links and move to a 10-link allowance, 90 stop working. If you reduce usage to 10 before the downgrade, those 10 stay active. The same rule applies to bio pages and QR codes. Choose and remove unneeded items before confirming a downgrade.
What happens when I cancel or delete my account?
Cancelling a paid subscription moves you to Free. Items within Free allowances remain active; excess links, bio pages and QR codes are chosen at random and deactivated. Reduce usage first and confirm when the plan change takes effect. Deleting your account stops all existing links, bio pages and QR codes working, including those shared in printed material.
Which plans include custom domains?
The monthly Core plan lists no custom domains, Plus lists one and Pro lists three. Read the domain guide before connecting yours. Moving to Free or Core, which include no custom domains, stops your custom-domain links working even if your link count is within the new allowance.
